You may only win once every 30 days. All prizes will be held 30 days from the date they are won. All prizes with the exception of will-call tickets and prizes that are mailed out must be picked up at our KTUN office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
You can only qualify once for each contest. All winners must have legal ID to claim a prize or to enter an age restricted contest. The winner must be a U.S. Citizen. The winner must have a social security number. If someone is picking up a prize for you, they must have written authorization, a copy of the winners ID and their own ID. Any prize with a value of $600 or more requires the winner sign a 1099 form before the prize is released. Prizes are non-transferable.
Any winner under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them to claim their tickets. Any winner of tickets is responsible for their own transportation to and from the event unless otherwise stated.
All winners of trips involving any form of transportation including, but not limited to, air travel, trains, buses or personal vehicles must sign a waiver of liability. A winner must be 21 years of age to receive transportation to and/or from an event as part of a prize.
The cancellation of any event constitutes the termination of the contest and reinstates the winners eligibility to win other contests within the 30 day requirement.
KTUN cannot be responsible for any changes of event dates or venues made by promoters or sponsors. Winners are responsible for any taxes and gratuities associated with their prize. Winners must be present the day of any given event or promotion to qualify for the prize.
There is no obligation on the part of KTUN to replace any prizes not claimed. No purchase is necessary to win any prize provided by KTUN. KTUN reserves the right to amend these rules.
Contest sponsors, their employees and their families are not eligible to win contest involving their business.
